A recognized business and international lawyer in the state of Florida, Peter Dzuba is the founding shareholder and attorney with Dzuba Law, P.A., in Fort Lauderdale. In his capacity as a business lawyer, he provides outside general counsel services to a broad range of start-ups and small businesses in the Fort Lauderdale area. In addition to assisting clients with a broad range of legal matters, Peter Dzuba frequently aids in the drafting of business purchase and financing agreements. A significant portion of his business law practice focuses on early stage technology companies, helping them navigate the complex legal environment facing young companies in the technology sphere.

In preparation for his career in international law, Peter Dzuba earned a JD from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, where he graduated with cum laude honors. He also received a bachelor of business administration in finance (minor in business law) and a bachelor of science in economics from Stetson University in Deland, Florida.
