I am a best-selling business author, ghostwriter, developmental editor, and publishing consultant with more than 80 books to my credit and more than 2 million copies sold. I am the Leadership Guy on Inc.com, and I have also served as Associate Editor for the New York City-based Leader to Leader magazine since 2001, a lecturer at San Diego State University, teaching MGT 453: Creativity and Innovation, a member of the national advisory council of The Art of Science Learning, and I was a founding member of the board of SPORTS for Exceptional Athletes.
