I miss the simpler times. Yes, I understand the irony of posting this comment on the Web and the fact that I have made my living working in the software industry for the past 15 years only compounds the irony. Still . . . I long to be un-tethered to world. Somehow I will get there . . . and the day will come when I discard my cell phone and head off into the world; only returning to rekindle friendships (and post on Facebook that I am still alive).
