Drawing on a decade of experience in a variety of learning and development roles plus a further twenty plus years in senior HR roles, Peter's most significant contributions have been through periods of dramatic or discontinuous organisational change. This has included working in ASX-listed finance and infrastructure organisations. Their circumstances have encompassed global operations, post-privatised public enterprises, JV or M&A; situations, and start-up businesses. In all circumstances Peter has influenced across the full range of issues affecting people their performance and the organisational culture. He has worked with top executive teams and closely with non-executive directors and chairs.
