Peter Gallotta
Peter Gallotta is a social change leader with over five years of experience working in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. He has worked on local community and environmental issues, including: affordable housing, public benefits, renewable fuels, alternative transportation, and sustainable behavior change. Peter is currently a Project Manager at Gigantic Idea Studio where he works with government agencies to develop and implement impactful public outreach strategies. Peter lives in the Tenderloin and is actively involved in neighborhood causes and local politics. In 2009, he founded Mama G’s Thanksgiving Street Dinner, an annual community food-sharing event in the Tenderloin. Peter also serves as the Co-President of the Harvey Milk LGBT Democratic Club and is an appointed member of the Geary Bus Rapid Transit Citizens Advisory Committee. ##
