I am an experienced IT professional with a broad knowledge of the industry and have been involved in many different roles including looking after and building relationships with clients in Account Management, architecting and assisting with several different platforms using private cloud & public cloud, and around the clock support to a vast array of clients in Service Desk roles.

Throughout my career, I have had to persist with constant learning, evolution, and adapt to new surroundings to stay ahead of the curve.

My positive attitude to work has enabled me to create and form long relationships with customers, my peers, and all teams I have been involved in, which I have found to be extremely rewarding and fulfilling.

I'm passionate about my beliefs, but respect others. I’m focused and have a determined mind set. I’m driven, neat, tidy, meticulous, and organised. I have a creative flair and good eye for design and detail.

In my spare time I enjoy taking my dog for walks, watching films & interesting documentaries, playing games and making music.
