He has contributed to the successful closure of over US$1 million in combined sales for clients, demonstrating his ability to translate business strategy into measurable commercial results. His work has also supported organisations to increase sales by more than 60 per cent, expand customer portfolios by approximately 55 per cent and achieve client enrolment growth of over 65 per cent through structured marketing, customer engagement and business development initiatives.
His consulting experience extends across several countries and brings him into contact with educational institutions, private-sector organisations, government agencies and development partners. He advises clients on business growth, organisational development, strategic partnerships, marketing, customer experience, stakeholder engagement and institutional sustainability. His approach is grounded in a clear understanding that long-term growth requires more than increased sales; it requires effective systems, capable teams, strong leadership and a well-defined value proposition.
As a corporate trainer and facilitator, Peter has trained more than 20,000 staff members of roganizations across Africa and over 3,000 business owners and leaders during the past eight years. He has also delivered capacity-building programmes for personnel of the Ministry of Justice, the Kaduna State Bureau of Statistics and participants in national education initiatives.
He uses evidence-informed principles, real-life business examples, collaborative exercises and practical tools to help participants move beyond theoretical understanding and apply their learning to immediate organisational challenges.
He has consistently developed structured sales processes and customer relationship management systems, led digital marketing campaigns and coordinated events and product launches for organizations. His work contributed to substantial growth in organisational sales and the expansion of the organisation’s customer base.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Port Harcourt and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. His academic background, combined with his practical experience in sales, consulting, training and organisational development, enables him to approach business challenges from both strategic and operational perspectives.
His commitment to leadership and social development is also reflected in his previous role as Rivers State President of the Impact Your World Leadership Initiative. In this capacity, he led volunteers in implementing community development activities aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. He recruited, coordinated and mentored volunteers across Rivers State, Nigeria.
