BANKRUPTCY – Almost twenty (20) years experience as a bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation attorney in the courtrooms of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Florida; Extensive experience with and understanding of the Bankruptcy Code, BAPCPA, and Bankruptcy Rules; Preparation and review of plans of reorganization prepared under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.

CIVIL TRIAL PRACTICE – Over twenty (20) years experience in civil litigation practice, overseeing and assembling all aspects of civil litigation preparation including factual investigation, legal research, preparation of pleadings, management of the direction of the case towards its one central theme, negotiations of settlements, conduct of trials, and briefing and arguing of appeals.
