Hi, I’m Peter Lloyd.

I’m a communications consultant living in Sydney NSW, Australia.

I am currently consulting for a few month to the government of Timor leste on raising international finance and partnership for private sector-led infra-structure projects. I am providing broad strategic advice and have a hands on role in communications management.
I am developing a multi-layered stakeholder calendar which sits parallel to several sub-ordinated communication strategies – on free and paid channels and on digital platforms - for external awareness raising with key sectors such as financial institutions and international lenders, as well as for Timor Leste.
The T.L table is for internal communications within a whole-of-government context, with an emphasis on digital platforms. I am developing deliverable collateral material with targeted messages and calls to action across all mediums
