I'm a 40something Leprechaun who has a passion for people! In my working life, that's my team and the customers we serve as Head or Operations for Holiday Extras Ltd. In my personal life, that's my family and close friends. I love to know what motivates people and drives them through their day. Can I help people improve a situation, my family, my team and ultimately, our customers. A few simple adjustments can mean the difference between a resolution to our issues, or a revolution within our lives!
