I'm an experienced leader of Talent Acquisition teams in fast-paced industries, such as consumer electronics and retail. I have over ten years of comprehensive recruiting experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and HR. I've got experience utilizing a variety of recruiting vehicles and sources such as web, research firms, and diversity sources for direct recruiting all coming together for a track record in using innovative tools and techniques to find and close A-players.

I've had a successful history of leading major recruiting projects and new initiatives with the ability to manage a recruiting staff through large-scale recruitment initiatives and change in fast-paced environments. I am able to manage full-life cycle recruitment processes partnered with knowledge of HR practices such as OFCCP, AAP, Compensation and Benefits.
With my ten plus years in the recruitment space I have utilized a variety of applicant tracking systems, and have experienced implementing/launching and upgrading.
I have combined all of the above with strong conceptual thinking, analytical, and planning skills, excellent presentation skills and experience selling ideas and programs to leadership teams and line mangers.
