Peter Murnane

Commanding more than three decades of experience operating in the financial industry, Peter Murnane presides as Managing Partner of Barlow Partners, LLC in Phoenix; Board Member of Muvico Entertainment, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and Financial Advisor to Amiral Holdings Limited in Cairo. In his role for Barlow Partners, LLC, Peter Murnane provides operational and financial management services, as well as his expertise in conducting mergers and acquisitions. Prior to assuming the roles he holds today, Peter Murnane served as Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer for VistaJet, a global private aircraft charter serving major business centers around the world. Spearheading an aggressive five-year growth plan, Peter Murnane increased size of the company’s fleet, lengthened the service schedule, and expanded flights to the Middle East and Asia Pacific markets. Peter Murnane also supervised implementation of SAP accounting software and successfully led the adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards. Peter Murnane joined VistaJet by way of Mesa Air Group, Inc., where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Wholly responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, Peter Murnane oversaw compliance with SEC filing requirements, pioneered multiple mergers and acquisitions, and negotiated partnerships. He also secured funding for company operations and purchased billions of dollars’ worth of additional aircraft for the global carrier. Peter Murnane’s previous experience in the airline industry includes acting as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for North-South Airways; Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer for International Airline Support Group, Inc. (IASG); and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Atlas Air, Inc. Entering the workforce via the financial services industry, Peter Murnane launched his career as an Assistant Secretary and Lending Officer for Chemical Bank, previously part of the Chemical Banking Corporation and now known as JPMorgan Chase & Co. He subsequently joined Lazard Frères & Co. (now known as Lazard) as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department and spent nearly a decade serving as Director of Investment Banking for Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.’s Transportation Group.
