A commercial leasing broker with nearly five decades of experience in the New York City real estate market, Peter R. Friedman focuses on niche investments and undervalued properties. Throughout his career, Peter R. Friedman has formed partnerships with other developers for the purposes of acquiring and developing a variety of commercial real estate projects.

His recent projects include the development of a five-star luxury boutique hotel and resort and the optioning of an equestrian estate intended to become a health and wellness center. Previously, he assisted with bankruptcy resolutions and buyouts. Peter R. Friedman also oversaw relocation efforts for over 50 law firms and advertising agencies across North America and Europe and spearheaded the renewal of the initiative to redevelop Times Square.

Mr. Friedman holds a degree in business from the University of Alabama. He contributes to the community by serving on the Weizmann Institute Advisory Board. Previously, he was elected to the Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York, one of few brokers to receive the honor.
