My name is Peter J. Salazar. I’m a modern-day renaissance man in the business world. I can put out fires with computer software and hardware issues, but I’m not an IT professional. I can filter through resumes and interview individuals, but I’m not a HR professional. I can help division transitions and help start-ups, but I’m not a manager. I can integrate cost-saving ideas and save money per month, but I’m not an accountant.

I provide value by thinking outside the box to help my department and company. I play strategy games, but take the lessons of a virtual world and apply them to business.

This allows me to take a problem in one area and look for a similar problem with a solution to apply in another. Where others get stuck, I find solutions.
