Hello, I’m Chris. I’m a teacher living in Ontario, Canada. I am a fan of technology, programming, and coffee. I’m also interested in hiking, tennis, baseball, and running, as well as travel; this year, I will be heading to Portugal in August, after this course is complete. Above, I've linked to the technology blog I started in Part 2 of this three-part course (which I took in Autumn 2017), and I hope to continue adding to it during Part 3.

I have been teaching for about 6 years. In that time, I have worked in both public and private high schools in the UK, as well as in Northern and Southern Ontario. In the past, I have taught Grade 9-12 Science and Mathematics, but the past few years I have been mostly concentrating on Senior Computer Science and Mathematics. This summer, alongside this course, I am also wrapping up the coursework for a Master's degree in Mathematics that I have been working on part-time through the University of Waterloo for the last few years, so it will be a busy July.

I am passionate about finding ways to integrate technology into the secondary school classroom, especially in Mathematics and Science, and am looking forward to learning alongside everyone in this course.
