Petersen Law Office Tom Petersen

Omaha, Nebraska, United States

Petersen Law Office was established in 1995 with the goal of providing exceptional representation to those accused of drunk driving and other criminal offenses. Since then, we have successfully represented over six thousand clients. We remain dedicated to helping people achieve excellent outcomes to their DUI charge in both Omaha and Sarpy County, Nebraska.

I am constantly trying new tactics and experiencing new training with the singular goal of protecting my client’s rights.

I attended undergraduate college at Eastern Washington University where I received a B.A. in Government in 1990. Beginning in 1991, I studied law at Creighton University where I received a Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, in 1994.

My interest in law and government peaked early. At age 16, I began working for small law firm in Spokane, Washington where I quickly learned I wa
