Peter Siedl

I'm Peter Siedl. Currently I live near Siegen / NRW. I work as a System Administrator Field Service in an IT system house in Cologne with the deployment in Neustadt. There I do the technical support (hardware and software) on site.

My core tasks are the on-site service or support and advice. Furthermore, the telephone support is included. The support is national and international (America to Japan).

In order to do a good job, I have created a database management with occuring errors of software problem.The work/task is easier because I can use a database.

- Repair Clients, Support (Hardware and Software)
- Server administrator for Windows Server 2003 - 2012 R2;
- Windows Exchange Server 2013 and Foundation 2012.
- XenServer

In my free time I often go on Inline Skates and I run.
