I am a trained chef and fluent in several languages. I love teaching my friends and family about the finer art of cooking French dishes which most people are afraid to do and I trim them down to size and make it easier for all levels of cooks.

I started cooking in my parents' kitchen and leaning to bake breads and loving it. I have never looked back. So drop me a line and I will trade recipes with you.
