An Ohio resident, Peter Starr excelled in sports throughout his school years and enjoyed playing softball in the summer and soccer and flag football in the autumn. Peter Starr’s favorite winter activities include skiing, and he can skied in premier locations such as Utah, Holiday Valley, Peek and Peek,New York and Canada.
An avid golfer, Mr. Starr has been able to experience several of the country’s most highly regarded golf courses, from Rosemont Country Club in Fairlawn, Ohio, to Grand Cypress in Orlando. He has also experienced the Oakmont Country Club in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended PGA Tour events at the Firestone Country Club. Highlights of these events included meeting top-tier athletes such as Phil Mickelson, Jack Nicholson, and Tiger Woods, and obtaining their autographs.
Throughout his years in high school, Mr. Starr played on the junior varsity and varsity tennis teams and he also contributed to the school newspaper. As an employee at Heinens Grocery Store in Middleburg Heights, he had responsibilities as shelf stocker and packer.
