Hi, I’m Peter Sykes, a coach and facilitator based in Manchester.

I work with individuals and organisations across Greater Manchester and the UK, supporting leadership development, career coaching and team facilitation. This includes helping people step into new roles with confidence, supporting leaders to think clearly and act decisively, and working with teams to deliver focused, practical outcomes.

Clients often come to me when things feel stuck, unclear or overwhelming. Through straightforward, structured conversations, I help people make sense of what’s going on and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Alongside one to one coaching, I design and facilitate team days, away days and planning sessions. My work is widely used by universities and public sector organisations in Manchester and across the UK, with a focus on engagement, clarity and accountability.

I’m known for a down to earth, practical approach. No jargon, no unnecessary models, just conversations and sessions that lead to real progress.
