I’m a Apple Consultant specialising in integration and end user training of Macs, iPhones and iPads and the services that link them together. In the last few years I've been installing and supporting Apple products in many environments, from large scale SOE deployments to boutique media suite installations.

I'm an Apple Certified Techincal Coordinator and an Apple Certified Trainer and with David Colville, co-wrote our popular iOS Deployment Course.

In my spare time, I'm editor for MacTalk Australia - Australia's largest online Apple support community. I also host and produce the MacTalk Australia Podcast.

In the last few years I've had the opportunity to interview some of the smartest minds in the Apple world, including John Gruber, Marco Arment, Michael Lopp, Loren Brichter, Marc Bailey, Sebastiaan De With and Horace Dediu.
