My name is Pete Sanchez, founder of AFG Investors Group Inc. To start let me tell you a little bit about myself and my background. I am originally from Calexico, Ca (small border town of 35,000 people) moved to San Diego in 2004 to attend college. I studied computer information system with emphasis in software engineering but ultimately dropped out 2 classes before receiving my degree after I read a book that completely changed my life. The book is called "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. It opened up possibilities for me that I can be a business owner and learn how to build passive or residual income. I got into real estate investing and got mentored by some amazing millionaire mentors. I love the Lord Jesus and being a follower of him. He's completely changed my life from heading into a dark pit chasing meaningless things. I love helping others especially within my church ministries. I occasionally go to Mexico to visit orphans or build houses for poor families. I love learning and growing personally. I don't like to waste time, and I take this temporary life of ours very serious. I know I have been chosen to do big things in this life and serve many. I give GOD all the glory.
