Pete Sanders

Course leader on three British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) recognised courses from the mid-late 1980s to the mid 1990s, centrally involved in establishing and running the BACP Trainer Accreditation Scheme. Written, co-written or edited 15 books. Founded PCCS Books with Maggie Taylor-Sanders in 1993. Current interestes include the development of theory and practice in person-centred and experiential therapies, the demedicalisation of distress, class and politics in psychotherapy. Trustee of the Soteria Network, UK.
