Pete Strom

TRANSFORMATIVE SERVICE is Pete's intention and aspiration. A practitioner of many disciplines, Pete is a Certified Integral Facilitator, trainer, and culture design consultant with Ten Directions. His particular focus is on the competitive advantages and practices of Deliberately Developmental Organizations (DDOs). Pete is an advisor, event designer, and facilitator for the HATCH experience (a Think, Be & Do Tank for creative change makers). He is an occasional Adjunct Professor at MSU’s College of Business, TEDx Speaker, and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Masters in human development. He co-created seven restaurant concepts, co-founded an energy efficiency business and an investing partnership. He's passionate about his family, playing hockey, sustainable business practices, Integral theory & meditation.
