Teaching workshops to businesses who needs to move the creative energy, get out of a runt and/or have fun as a team. This be top management level, office staff or ground level workers. I move from theories of Mindfullness, Systemic Communication, Situated Learning and the belief that where close social relations and skills are present, where the presence and importance of you and your colleague is awknowledged, where the communication is clear and you all speak the same language - your business will thrive and continue to grow. Using music- a context that for the most part is very unfamiliar country, all of you become equal and can start taking steps towards a better understanding and eventually apply these new found skills to the work environment and bring new life into the decision making process and the functionality of the individual teams.
