Peter Karson

I am in my mid forties but my my body is unlike that of a typical middle aged man. I have qualifications in personal training but have found a much better way of exercising.

However, there are more important things than exercise. Diet, for example and water. And than, oxygen has even more impact. If you think about it, you can live all your life without exercise. Without food, maybe 40 days. Without water, maybe 4 days. But without oxygen you'll be lucky to survive 4 minutes.

If you want to be fit and healthy, it makes sense to focus on things in order of importance - oxygen, water, food and then exercise. Of course, there are specific exercises to enable the body absorb oxygen more efficiently. Doing these exercises makes one automatically fitter.
