I'm Petrider living in the beautiful city of Dar -es Salaam ,Tanzania surrounded by lovely beaches .I am a fan of travelling with a purpose, promoting the youth , gender equality , health and peace / security agenda, ( why don't we end conflicts in Africa right ?) most of all Global Politics .

Currently a Senior Researcher and Director atImara Leadership Initiativein Tanzania Office, an award winning leadership platform on good governance, health promotion, gender equality and peace building.

I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Economic Diplomacy from the Centre for Foreign Relations in Tanzania due to my interest to know how related stake holders in economics handle competitively and skillfully - I also hold a BA in International Relations from the University of Dodoma in Tanzania.

Former foreign aid worker 'Aid Works' at the UK Department for International Development (DFID) Tanzania office ( now FCDO)

Former part of the UNICEF Tanzania team of consultants for a Project Integrated Communications Strategy for the National Plan of Action to end Violence against Women and Children under an amazing communications and design service provider for the social sector Without Violence.

Worked also as a consultant for Oral Testimony Works assisting Girl Effect to identify suitable child protection and adolescent SRH services available for young people in Tanzania.

Appointed member of the 2nd cohort of theFemWise Africathe Network of African Women in Conflict Prevention and Mediation hosted by the African Union Political Affairs, Peace and Security Department in 2025/2027.

Appointed as a member of the1st United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner (OHCHR HQ) Geneva,Education Above all and Silatech 2022.

Appointed an African Union Youth Advisory CouncilMember to the Office of the AUC Special Envoy on Youth 2018.
