I am an atypical communicator, dedicated to solving complex problems that organizations have at the communication level: mysteries such as internal communication flows, feedback processes, the type of communication we use to lead, and several other things.

Other communicators focus on spreading the word on what organizations do. I focus on creating and providing you with tools, and teaching you how to use them, so that you can communicate better, inwards and outwards.

I also write about the ideas that I've gathered as a result of putting body and mind to work in the communication that crosses us on a daily basis.
