Peyton Klemm

Marketing Intern, Student, and Photographer in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

I am a senior at Louisiana State University studying Mass Communication with a focus in public relations. Traditions, dark chocolate and lists are just a few of my favorite things, and I wouldn't be who I am today without my faith and my family.

Professionally, I am excited to pursue a career that combines my writing skills with my passion for creativity, photography and graphic design.

I am a member of Delta Zeta sorority, where I served as the Vice President of Philanthropy. It is a position that I cherished because it allowed me to serve others and make a difference in my community, while gaining firsthand experience in the nonprofit sector of communication.

I currently work as the marketing intern for a law firm that serves local, regional, national, and international business interests. Through this internship, I am able to assist with event planning and execution, civic and charitable contributions, and promotional layouts and design.

This year I am also serving as the Director of Public Relations for the 2017 Miss LSU-USA Pageant and the Public Relations Intern for the Baton Rouge Fashion Council.

My previous work experience includes an internship with the LSU Sports Information department. There I developed my skills in a variety of areas, specifically in media relations, facilitating press conferences, researching current and prospective stories and developing feature stories.

Feel free to take a look at my Linkedin profile or send me an email for more information about my professional experience.
