Since August 2011 I have been the Chief Executive for United Way South Australia.

Extensive experience in the 'not for profit' sector and in the 'for profit' sector with large, medium and small businesses and organisations.

Significant business/commercial experience with highly developed skills as a Chief Executive with the largest privately funded not for profit in the world. Experienced in business management, training and development, team development, group facilitation, business and strategic planning, organisational change and development, project management and business and personal coaching.

Experience working overseas in China and Egypt.

Strong communication and leadership skills with strategic thinking/planning and facilitator strengths consistently demonstrated.

Considerable experience in governance, leadership and board roles.

Bachelor of Business, Graduate Certificate in Management and, National Accreditation as a Trainer and Assessor.

Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a life member of Australian Junior Chamber of Commerce (formally called Jaycees), a past member of Rotary International and Past Chairman of Business Enterprise Centres South Australia and Northern Adelaide Business Enterprise Centre Boards. Past President of United Way South Australia.
