Thomas Pfeiffer

Awareof the tremendous trust placed in him by patients as well as fellowphysicians, Tom Pfeiffer, M.D. has always adhered to a straight codeof ethics and professionalism to ensure that his responsibilities arealways more than adequately fulfilled. He values every encounter hehas with patients, knowing how vital they can be at assessing theircondition. This can help ensure a smooth medical procedure that helpsthe patient find the treatment and cure she needs. During hisFellowship training at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital ofBuffalo, Thomas Pfeiffer does his best to help his colleagues performtheir sophisticated surgeries. He has been involved in ObstetricAnesthesiology with CGF Anesthesiology Associates, PC since November2012.

Dr.Thomas Pfeiffer served as Research Project Coordinator with OutcomesResearch Institute in Louisville, KY from June 2005 to September2005. He was also Research Project Assistant at Kentuckiana CancerInstitute in Louisville from July 2002 to June 2003.

As early as hisstudent days at the University of Louisville School of Medicine,Thomas Pfeiffer has exhibited an unrelenting focus on success andhard work. He was Class Officer and Public RelationsRepresentative/Social Chair from 2002 through 2003. Hisresponsibilities included regular meetings with the Dean and theother class officers to effectively address concerns and issues fromthe other medical students. Tom Pfeiffer also served asRepresentative of Student Outreach at the University of LouisvilleMedical School from 2002 through 2006. In line with this, he wasfocused on identifying and assisting students that needed support,either academically or emotionally. Students were then referred tothe appropriate counseling services when necessary.

ThomasPfeiffer was voted President of the Obstetrics and GynecologicalSociety at the University of Louisville Medical School Chapter from2002 through 2003. His responsibilities as such included organizingregular meetings with society officers to discuss fundraisers,enrollment, education, and the future direction of the society.
