I entered the insurance business in 1982. Since 1984 have worked with employers and their benefit plans. Have worked as company rep with Metlife and Acordia brokerage and as Director of Marketing for Louisville area TPA and PPO network. Started doing enrollment services in 1997. Started servicing carrier clients in 2004. Network of enrollers now stands at 1700 with 285 bilingual enrollers (largest network in the country). Enroller Resource Center has created a variety of groundbreaking software systems to help us staff meetings efficiently.
