I'm a BSc in Physical Geography at University of Coimbra since 2008, and PhD in Physical Geography (karst geomorphology, sedimentology and palaeoenvironments) since 2015 at the same college. The thesis objetives are the geomophology, sedimentology and geochemistry of carbonate tufas as a tool for palaeoenvironmental reconstruction.

My current research interests are palaeoenvironmental studies, karst geomorphology and developments in cartography. In the latter subject, the main motivations reside on geomorphological mapping and earth surface processes and landforms.
