My name is Paddy Guiney and I am proudly standing as a candidate for the position of USI Vice President
for Campaigns for the academic year 2013/2014.

I have a proven track record as Campaigns and Communications Vice President in UCD Students’ Union and
have been actively involved in the student movement during my time in college. In my current role I have
gained valuable experience representing students, campaigning on issues that most affect and concern
them by leading campaigns on both national and local level.

I believe I am a passionate, hard -working and innovative candidate to represent students across the island of Ireland.
If elected USI Vice President for Campaigns I will bring the drive, enthusiasm and the determination that
have been to the forefront of my year so far.
