Spent the last 15 years as a sales, marketing and communications professional building channel ecosystems through the development and management of partner programs and go-to-market initiatives for companies such as Oracle, Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya and Intel.

For the last two years, I have been directly involved in the game-changing rebuild of Oracle PartnerNetwork with the goal to accelerating cloud growth and driving superior customer outcomes and successes. I have been responsible for re-designing Oracle’s global resell partner programs to meet the needs of a changing market and demanding modern consumers. My team’s efforts have evolved an ecosystem comprised of 20,000+ partners globally which generate over $5 billions in revenue by turning a static metal-based structure into a next generation framework focused on targeted business models and expertise.

I enjoy driving ground-breaking projects and have a natural flair for leading businesses and individuals to be more effective in executing plans, conveying the right message and sharing a vision. I am results-oriented and data-driven in my approach. My formula is to apply knowledge and experience, deep analysis and detailed planning, resulting in seamless execution.
