I have been responsible for re-designing Oracle’s global resell partner programs to meet the needs of a changing market and demanding modern consumers. My team’s efforts have evolved an ecosystem comprised of 20,000+ partners globally which generate over $5 billions in revenue by turning a static metal-based structure into a next generation framework focused on targeted business models and expertise.
