Chris Patterson

Chris is a principal architect for RelayHealth, the connectivity business of McKesson -- the leading healthcare services company in the US. There he is responsible for the architecture and development of cloud-based applications and services that accelerate care delivery by connecting patients, providers, pharmacies, and financial institutions.

In 2007, Chris coauthored MassTransit, a .NET service bus framework, folllowed by Topshelf, a Windows service library. He remains the primary maintainer of both projects, in addition to many other open-source .NET projects.

In 2009 (and every year since), Chris received the Microsoft Most Valued Professional award for C#.

In 2014, Chris received the title McKesson Fellow, a lifelong achievement award and the highest form of recognition for technologists.
