PHAT CAMP is small, private group training making humans stronger in Chattanooga, TN. Utilizing functional movements and metabolic conditioning, Phat Camp promotes athletism and inside/out strength. Proper technique, education and adherence to standards ensures the training is safe and provides the shortest path to fitness and body change. Phat Camp is also motivation through community. Because the group is small, there is a unity and a mutual interest in everyone’s success. Be it achieving 20 perfect push-ups or losing five pounds, your training partners are by your side.
Led by LISA BLEVINS, fitness professional and CrossFit Level 2 Coach. Blevins has over 14 years experience working with athletes of all skill-levels in both groups and as individuals. Workouts are held at Sportsbarn during Winter and outdoors on the Walnut Street Bridge and at Main Terrain Park Spring through Fall. M/W/F 6AM.
