Phil Monkress

Phil Monkress is a professional with diverse skills.

Phil Monkress received multiple certifications and training. He is certified as the project management professional, Boeing executive leadership, and systems thinking and simulation modeling.

Phil Monkress joined the United States Navy in 1984. He received training in advanced electronics as a data systems technician. He organized and supported special operations task forces as a planner. However, in 1992, he was injured and medically discharged from the U.S. Navy. After leaving the U.S. army he started serving as a field engineer at Nato in 1992.

He served as the manager of information technologies and consultant team leader at KPMG over the years. KPMG is one of the largest professional services firm in the world. Following this, he started serving as a chief operating officer at All points logistics. In 2009, he was promoted to the chief executive officer. He now develops, organizes, directs and evaluates the organization's fiscal function and implement performance. APL has contracts with NASA, U.S. Navy, U.S. Airforce.
