Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Phil Butler, I'm just a regular guy who likes Eton Mess and their variations of recipes.

I decided to make this particular website because i wanted to group all the variations of eton mess together in one place. There are many varieties and methods to make Eton mess, but the basic recipe still feature strawberries, meringue and cream.

Simply Delicious, and perfect for any occassion - not just for summer picnics.
