Phil K Williams

I am a passionate teacher, committed to creating equitable learning opportunities for all students. I start small, but think big. I see full social participation as hinging upon a quality public education that: exposes future leaders to a wide range of perspectives, engages young people in multiple experiential learning opportunities, challenges students to think critically about what they know and how they know it, and addresses social determinants of health and higher education. Visionary educational leadership starts with the end goal of an educated society and builds upon successes incrementally until that goal is realized. I am proud to collaborate with the energetic students and my fellow engaged colleagues in Lethbridge Public School District #51.
