Phil is a Manager at Deloitte Consulting within the Government and Public Services Practice. Phil helps the government understand how to best utilize new advancements in cloud and artificial intelligence to achieve their mission.

Phil holds an MBA in Management Science with focuses in both Strategy and Economics from Kellogg as well as a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University where he conducted research in condensed matter physics.

From biking 1600 miles from NJ to FL through the organization he co-Founded - Dream4TK, hiking in the High Sierra backcountry on the John Muir Trail, and scuba diving, Phil enjoys the outdoors and aspires to complete a new adventure every year.
