Phil moved to the Grand Rapids area thirteen years ago, from a small town in the Upper Peninsula and absolutely fell in love! What he loved most about Grand Rapids was its small town feel and big city amenities. After a long career with UPS, Phil was ready for a new challenge. All those years of driving for UPS, he gained an in-depth knowledge of the city and all of its different neighborhoods. Phil wanted to put his knowledge to use and help people find their dream home in the perfect neighborhood.

Phil is committed to ongoing education and professional development. He holds an MBA and has a keen interest in applying practical business knowledge to every day solutions. Phil also passed his Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) exam so he could better serve his buyer clients.

Phil’s pride and joy is his family, Silas, Isaiah, Kylie, and his beautiful wife Krystyn. When he’s not serving his clients or with his family you can find Phil taking in local sporting events, hitting the crazy little white ball on the links, playing softball, or trying to relive some youth on the basketball and tennis courts.
