Phil Young

Phil began his career working with individuals with mutiple abilities and varying levels of need as they tried to gain entrance into the work force. Among those he worked with were individuals that were still in school to middle age. From these beginnings Phil progressed to working for one of the largest vocational habilitation agencies in Boston, Ma. At Work, Inc. he worked as a Vocational Evaluator and began working on his Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling. He worked in both public and for-profit rehabilitation programs.

He has devoted his career to working with those in need, those learning pre-vocational skills, and assisting worker's compensation claimants in their return-to-work efforts. He has been a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. He has recently applied to sit for the CRC again and should be completing that shortly. Phil is currently seeking to expand his horizons in new areas, including relocation to a metropolitan area.
