Phil Cornett

An accomplished business administrator, Phil Cornett holds an associate’s degree in culinary arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and a bachelor of science in finance and banking with a minor in hospitality and tourism from the Pamplin School of Business at the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia. He is also a certified franchise executive through Georgetown University. Over the course of his career, Phil Cornett has served in senior leadership positions at several different hospitality and restaurant organizations, including CMC Limited and CMI of Virginia.

Since 2012, Phil Cornett has provided contract consulting services to Chesterfield Land, a private e-cigarette start-up with headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Cornett’s responsibilities with the company revolve around creating systems of control and developing a string of franchise locations. He opened more than 30 locations in his first year with Chesterfield Land and an additional 35 locations in his second year.
