Phil Fogarty

Phil is a trainee solicitor at Matheson, currently working in the technology and commercial contracts group within the corporate department. He is due to qualify as a solicitor in Ireland, England and Wales in April 2016.
Phil also has experience working in the following departments in Matheson:
• Corporate Tax;
• Corporate Transactions (M&A); and
• Banking & Financial Services.
Phil is a graduate of University College Dublin and holds a BCL in Law and Economics.
