In addition to my customer service experience, I am also well-versed in various tools and technologies commonly used in the field. I am comfortable with CRM software, social media platforms and other communication channels. I am always eager to learn new skills to better serve customers. I also practice freelance journalism, voice artistry and making documentaries.
Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering in my local community and staying active through exercise, reading, arts and travel. I believe that staying engaged in activities outside of work helps me bring fresh perspectives and energy to my interactions with customers.
