I've been working in the Tech Industry for 20+ years now mainly in the Sales arena. Understanding what the expectations of customers is and how that has changed over the years is fascinating and of course is very cultural. Love learning new things, but not from books, from experience and love learning from others .. not shy and definitely not quiet but learning to keep my opinions to myself a little more every day!
