Hi there! Let me share a little bit about myself. I'm a coach and therapist who loves love chatting over coffee and helping others turn their dreams into goals, and goals into reality!

As a coach and therapist, I work predominantly with adults with ADHD, or with ADHD and Autism (ASD). I aim to empower clients with understanding of how their neurodivergent brains work, and then work together to unpack aspects of their lived experiences that may be holding them back, explore current struggles, and collaboratively develop practical strategies and concrete plans to effectively manage ADHD or AuDHD in their daily lives.
