Philip Felice was born in Watertown’s Hospital of the Good Samaritan while his family lived in Sackett’s Harbor, NY. Shortly thereafter, they moved to Seneca Falls for a brief time and then eventually landed in New Berlin, NY. In1981, his family to Syracuse, NY and he has been working in this area ever since. Phil's career includes over a decade with the Teamsters Union.
