Philip Grinhaff

Phil is a qualified accountant and spent 9 years working in financial services and investment banking, before joining the financial recruitment industry in 1996. He worked for one of the world’s largest recruitment groups in the UK and Australia before starting his own firm in 2007. In 2012 he joined forces with Maven Partners as a Partner and Head of the Financial Officers Practice.

Phil has recruited senior finance positions for clients across the vast majority of industry sectors. His clients have ranged from small privately owned enterprises to FTSE100 and Fortune 500 multinationals. His background in finance is a huge advantage when taking instructions from clients, and helps enormously when assessing candidates for specific opportunities.

Phil spends the majority of his spare time driving his 3 children to various activities around South Buckinghamshire, as well as coaching under 10's rugby on Sunday mornings.
